Refund policy

Our Refund Policy is simple.... If you are not 100% Satisfied with your order and the items you receive, Contact Us by either emailing shop@piecesofvermont.com, calling us at (800) 507-7721, or by using the Chat with us button in the lower right corner of the website and we'll issue a refund, less shipping costs. Unfortunately we do not accept Returns for food items. If the items were damaged during shipping then we will refund the shipping as well. Or, we may simply ship a replacement(s). The option is up to you. If the delivery box was damaged during shipping, then we may request a photo of the damaged box, so that we can file a Claim with the Postal Service. Refunds are applied same day, but may take up to 7 business days before reflected in your Online Banking.
