The soft maple candies (in the white gift box) are made with 100% pure Vermont maple syrup. The hard maple candy leaf drops (in the gift box with oval window) are made with maple syrup along with other ingredients (see ingredients below) and are 30% pure maple. And by-the-way, hard maple candy leaf-shaped drops are one of our most popular items. We sell thousands throughout the year, and have even shipped them to the Vatican in Rome. Yup! the Vatican.

Each Priority Mail delivery box contains a gift box containing 24 soft maple leaf-shaped candies and a gift box containing 20 individually-packaged hard maple leaf-shaped candies. Each soft maple leaf candy measures 1-1/8" wide x 1-1/8" tall x 1/2" thick, (0.33 oz.). Each hard maple leaf drop measures 1" wide x 1" tall x 5/16" thick, 1/4 (0.23 oz.).

Hard Maple Leaf Drop Ingredients - maple syrup, glucose, sucrose. In other words - granulated sugar and corn syrup.

The Ribbons & Custom Tag - The hard maple candy drops gift box is wrapped with a gold elastic ribbon, while the white soft maple candy leafs gift box is wrapped with a 3/8" wide holiday green or red ribbon and includes our colorful Santa gift tag, on which is printed, "A Vermont Gift Just For You".

Gift Messaging - Inside the "Santa gift tag" (on the white gift box) we'll also hand-write your gift message. You can include a gift message using the field to the right, or if you prefer, there's also a gift message field during CHECKOUT.

Keeping the candy fresh - Our maple candy is made in small batches and shipped fresh with a 6 week shelf life, after which the candy is still eatable, but simply starts to harden. You can extend the shelf life by refrigerating the candy in a Zip Lock bag.
