Simple cooking instructions... Perfect pancakes!

What good is pure maple syrup without a great pancake mix? We've settled on this one particular buttermilk mix because the mix generates a batter that leads to delicious pancakes nearly every time. Yeah, there's always variables with cooking the perfect pancake, but with this mix you're less likely to have a bad batch. Ordering 2 mixes is suggested though, because with everything, no matter how well thought out, there's some experimentation. 1 lb. pkg.

Ingredients: Bleached wheat flour, Leavening (baking Soda, Sodium aluminum phosphate, Monocalcium phosphate), Salt, Malted barley flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic acid, Sugar, Maple sugar, Baking soda.
